1. Always use a water filter. - Running the machine without a filter allows dirt particles to enter the pump, which can cause immediate and irreversible damage.
   
   
2. Before disconnecting the hose pipe (from the gun or the machine), switch off the pressure washer first.After switching off, press the trigger once to release the vacuum pressure — the hose connections should then open easily by hand.
   
   
3. Oil maintenance is critical. A full oil change every 300 hours of use is mandatory. Skipping oil change leads to crankshaft damage. Recommended oil: Gear Oil 90 Grade.
   
   
4. Use a proper 16-amp electrical socket. This is required for safe operation and to protect the motor from voltage fluctuations especially for 2000w + machines.
   
   
5. Use a strong braided inlet hose. If the hose collapses or its diameter reduces during suction, it means the inlet pipe quality is poor and can starve the pump of water. For Inlet hose buckets connect maximum length 2 metres.
   
   
6. Never run the machine dry. If there is no water supply in the inlet, switch off the pressure washer immediately.Dry running can severely damage the pump.
   
   
7. O-rings, oil seals, and water seals are consumables.These components wear over time and must be replaced periodically as part of regular maintenance.
   
   
8. Warranty covers the motor only. Any other parts such as pump components, seals, gun, hose, accessories, etc., are not covered under warranty.
   
   
9. For T160 model (new machine): Before first use, replace the oil nut with the dipstick provided.
